  Nicholas is an accomplished licensed architect with 18 years’ experience and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University under his belt. He’s worked on numerous commercial and public projects for firms like Holland Management, Sharon Center, Ohio; Roupp Group, Chicago, Illinois; Perspectus Architecture, Collins Gordon Bostwick Architects, and URS Corporation, all of Cleveland, Ohio; and MKC Associates of New Philadelphia. Nicholas is an active member of AIA, OBOA, COCOA, FBOA, ICC, NFPA, and NFSA.

  Mr. Mack has been ECOBA's certified building inspector since January 2005, and was hired full-time on July 6, 2005. Prior to joining ECOBA, John was the Assistant Superintendent for the City of New Philadelphia for seven years. He has over 20 years' construction experience as a mason.

  Mr. Christner has been ECOBA's full-time intern Electrical Safety Inspector since February 2008, completing International Code Council Academy certification in May 2009. Dave completed Electronics Technician Degree at United Electronics Institute and served 13.5 years in Industrial Relations with Ohio Department of Compliance Industrial Compliance Division. He is an active member of FBOA and IAEI.
• Hubert Egler, Electrical Safety Inspector, Dover
  Mr. Egler has been providing contract inspection services for ECOBA since January 2005. Hubert is also a zoning official for Dover Township and volunteers for mobile meal delivery, wheelchair repair, and flood relief efforts. He has five years' prior experience as an electrical inspector for the City of Canton and spent his career as an electrician.
• Mary Rinella, Permit Technician

  Mary has served as permit technician for ECOBA since 6/26/06, completing her International Code Council certification in 2008. She serves on the Educational Committee with Central Ohio Permit Techs and is a member of the Board of Trustees for Tuscarawas Philharmonic.

Normal Holiday Schedule:
The ECOBA office will be closed in observance of: New Year's Day, Good Friday (Easter), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Saturday holidays will be observed on the Friday before and Sunday holidays will be observed on the Monday after.
